Pre-audit support
Once you receive the audit notification, our team of experts perform the necessary procedures to make sure you are prepared.
We perform a detailed analysis of your company’s compliance, covering all aspects the auditors review, at this stage you as InterBrokers client, receive the help and support necessary with the required documents for your audit.
Audit support
At InterBrokers Registration, our customers have guaranteed technical support five days a week, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. if during the process of your audit it is necessary that one of our executives have direct communication with your auditor, we are happy to help.
Our executives will be prepared to provide information about the products and services we offer, and about the necessary documents to meet the Auditor requirements.
Post-audit support
Support does not stop once the audit is over. We are always ready to help our clients in all cases that may arise from any noncompliant situations.
This includes: letters explaining the results of your audit and the mandatory or recommended compliance action.
We can also help you with the preparation of corrective action letters, extension letters, audit review requests and other types of correspondence after an audit.
In the case of suspension of your operation, we will work closely with you so your company resume operations as soon as possible.
